PREMISE
Halloween 1978: Trent Dalton has lived across the street from the infamous murder house of Michael Myers all his life - and had to live with that stigma. So when his girlfriend is tasked with babysitting for the Myers family on Halloween, he decides he too will spend the night in order to spit in the face of the paranoia of the town's teenage population. However, as he and his group of friends settle in for a seance to contact the spirit of Judith Myers, none are aware of an unnerving truth: Michael has escaped incarceration. As the masked murderer stalks and slashes his way through the town of Haddonfield, a young reporter and the town's sheriff are hot on his tail. But will they be able to find him before he reaches his final destination: the place he called home? Find out in this complete re-imagining of the classic horror film franchise.

TRENT DALTON: 17. A determined, sensitive young man. Trent is a bit of an "everyman" that tries to keep himself and his friends grounded. Wants out of Haddonfield - and his neighborhood, but fears he's stuck here forever.
LEO RICHARDS: 18. A smart, optimistic overachiever. Leo is Trent’s best bud, and they’re thick-as-thieves. A little bit of a scaredy-cat, but none-the-less dragged along for the ride. But the blind date Trent set him up on gives him ulterior motives.
MAYA COLLINS: 17. Sweet, and highly intelligent. Maya enjoys the simpler things in life over much excitement. She and Trent are going through a rough patch since his mom left, but she likes to think they're on the mend. Genuinely creeped out by the Myers house.
KELSI GREER: 18. Bold and creative as they come. Kelsi tends to be the type that puts herself out there as often as she can. It’s obvious she might party a little too hard, but she owns it. Finds Leo a somewhat odd choice of date, but “cute”.
ERIN KASSIDY: 40. Fierce and hard-headed. Erin is an investigative reporter doing an expose on the murder of Judith Myers. She has no real interest in the subject, truth be told, until Michael’s escape changes things.
VAL DALTON: 40. Trent’s angry, broken shell of a single father. Falling apart from the disintegration of his marriage. Spends a lot of time hitting the bottle - and not enough time living life. Was close to his son - now? Not so much.
CODY MYERS: 8. Rambunctious and scheming. Cody has a tendency to act out in response to the bullying brought on him by his peers. Unfortunately, given his older brother, there’s no way that’s changing. Really looks up to Trent.
TESSA EDWARDS: 18. A sarcastic and smarmy cheerleader. Tessa has more than piqued in high school, going as far as to move out at eighteen. Too bad she’s now stuck waiting and babysitting to make ends meet. Struggling to keep her “Queen B” status.
ADDYSON CAMPBELL: 18. A vain, melodramatic number two to Tessa. Addyson’s a bit on the airheaded side, but knows how to work it to her advantage. Tries to be Tessa’s moral compass most of the time, if only she could find her own.
SHERIFF JOHN CAMPBELL: 40s. Addyson’s tough-as-nails, no-nonsense father. A lifelong Haddonfield resident who feels somewhat trapped by his town's stigma. Tries to distance himself from its dark history - but this year it's reeling him in.
DR. GREG LEWTON: 60s. The attending psychiatrist to Michael Myers. Overworked and underpaid, and it's clear he hates his job.
PETER MYERS: 40s. Father of Michael, Judith, and Cody. Clearly struggling to keep himself, and his family together.
EDITH MYERS: 40s. Mother of Michael, Judith, and Cody. Took things the hardest, never really pulled herself back together.
